Where are you based, and where do you ship from?
We are based in the UK, but don't worry. We work with a global network of printing teams, including four across the United States, plus locations in Canada, Mexico, Europe and Australia. That means most orders are printed and shipped from within the same country as the delivery address, which keeps shipping costs and delivery times down. During busy periods such as the holidays, some items may ship from an alternative location.
Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes. If the size is not right, we will send you the correct size free of charge. Just email info@rhapsodyeyarns.com and tell us which size you need. To help next time, have a look at the size chart on the product page, or measure a top you already own and compare.
My item arrived damaged or with a print error, what should I do?
We are so sorry if your order has arrived with a problem. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and the packaging. Once we have had a look, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. You will never need to post the original back to us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are happy to help with cancellations or changes within 6 hours of your order being placed, and we will do our best within 12 hours provided production has not started. After that we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be with our printing partners.
